Dr. Catherine C. Lichtenberger is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) and a licensed Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) in California. Dr. Lichtenberger has over thirty years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Her primary emphasis is in the field of applied behavior analysis. She co-founded Mountain Light with Philip Lichtenberger and has overseen the behavior consulting services since their inception in 2003. Dr. Lichtenberger has been an adjunct faculty member at National University in the school of Education and Psychology where she taught graduate classes in applied behavior analysis. Dr. Lichtenberger has six publications on treatment and rehabilitation with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. She is an approved supervisor for MFT Interns and BCBA and BCaBA applicants.

Philip Lichtenberger is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has a Masters degree in Teaching as well as undergraduate degrees in Physics and Philosophy. He has over 30 years general management experience in high tech companies with executive experience in engineering, operations, finance, and sales and marketing including over 20 years of profit and loss responsibility. He has been instrumental in helping two companies become public. He has served in many "C" level positions with over twenty years of Board and fund raising experience in private companies and COO, CFO and Corporate Secretary experience in public companies. A pioneer in multiple technologies including high frequency communications, fiber optics, network switching, broadband communications, chemical process intensification, and alternative energies.

Dr. Guin has a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Somatic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology – Los Angeles and an MA in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
Dr. Guin has specialized training in marriage and family therapy, somatic therapies, trauma, and EMDR. He has over ten years of experience working directly as a behavior consultant with foster families, small family homes, group homes, adult residential facilities, and day programs. He has over five years experience working as a supervisor of behavior services for Mountain Light, Inc. He has also maintained a small private practice for the past five years. Dr. Guin’s personality, education and clinical experience have made him a great asset to our Mountain Light team.
